I finished the job. How do I close out the job in the BT app? 🤔

Open the BT Provider app on your phone or in your desktop.

  1. Go to the "Assignments" tab on the left hand side.

  2. Click on "Jobs to Close Out".

  3. Click on the three green dots next to the job or class you want to close out.

If it is a class, make sure you mark participants if they attended or as a no-show.

  1. Click on "Close Appointment". 

  2. It will ask you if have added all your walk ups and bulk additions (applies to both massage jobs and classes). Click Yes-if this has been completed. Click No-if you need to go back and add walk ups or bulk additions. 

  3.  Once your job has been successfully closed out, you will see an invoice generated for you to approve or disapprove.
