How come I can't see any new jobs in the app? 🧐
If you can't see any new opportunities or jobs added to your assignments, you might still be on our old app, "BT Therapist".
How to check?
Check the name of the app in your phone. Does it say, "BT Therapist"?
If no, first check to see if you have the latest updates downloaded for the BT Provider app. If you still don't see any new jobs assigned or opportunities near you, please submit a ticket in the app.
If yes, follow the steps outlined below.
If your app is called "BT Therapist", please delete the app from your phone and download the new version via the links below.
