When will I be paid for the work I've completed? 💵
When will you be paid?- Payments are issued weekly for those receiving Direct Deposit.
- If you elected for a check, you will be paid every 2 weeks. (Make it easy, sign up for DD)
- If you elected for "Instant Release", you will be paid same day or next day for a small fee.
IMPORTANT: Jobs need to be "closed out" no later than Fridays by 6pm PST. The only exception is a job on Friday. This will extend your closeout time until 9pm PST. (Friday jobs only)
How do you view and approve invoices?
- Go to the BT Provider app in your phone or desktop.
- Click on Invoices on the menu on the left-hand side.
- Check "New" for new invoices waiting for you to review and approve.
- You can also view past paid invoices under the "Paid" tab.
All approved invoices will process and be in your bank by Wednesday. If there are any bank holidays, payments will be delayed.
When do you need to approve invoices?
- Once you receive your invoice, by email AND inside your BT Provider app (phone + desktop), you have until 12 noon PST on Sunday to approve your invoice.
